Usability testing was performed for Money Dashboard by User Vision at their Edinburgh offices in mid January. Uservision chose candidates at random across two user groupings: Sophisticated Students (age range 21 - 25) and Active Money Managers (29 - 45). The results from the Usability feedback have been both encouraging and eye opening!
They excellent news is that 90% of Usability Users said that they would use the service when it was launched and 90% would also recommend the service to others.
Feedback included a requirement to offer more help to the User, make the site more consistent for similar type functions and to make navigation across the site more obvious.
Stage 2 usability testing will take place prior to Product Launch.
