Maintenance, Bank Holidays and Support this festive season!

Christmas is a wonderful time of the year –  for those who celebrate it, it's time to relax, put your Christmas socks on and spend quality time with loved ones. It may also mean last minute shopping madness and transactions flying out of your bank account!

Since many of you rely on Money Dashboard to help you keep track of everything coming in and going out throughout the year, we wanted to let you know about some events that may cause a delay in your accounts updating during the festive period.

Downtime

Next Thursday (28 December) from 00:00 we will be performing back-end updates to our systems for up to 24 hours. While we do so, you won't be able to log in to the Money Dashboard desktop site or mobile app. This work is essential for the maintenance of our application, so we tried to choose a day that would cause you the least disruption to managing your finances.

Transactions

Christmas Day (25 December), Boxing Day (26 December) & New Year’s Day (1 January) are bank holidays, meaning the banks will be closed and won't necessarily process all of your transactions. Therefore, you may experience one or two delays in retrieving your most recent spending and income both at their site and ours.

User Support

Due to the bank holidays detailed above, our support response times may be slightly slower than normal but the team will do everything we can to help everyone as promptly as possible.
