Connections to HSBC are currently intermittently failing for a small group of users. We are working with our data provider to get this resolved.
We are currently making changes to Investec's login process and this means it will not allow you to connect your account to Money Dashboard.
19/09/2019 - Nationwide have implemented new login fields and options (Date of Birth, One Time Pass Code. More info > https://help.moneydashboard.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019820332-Nationwide-help-connecting). Accounts connected via Open Banking are experiencing issues with new transcations not appearing. Issue is escalated with bank to resolve.
You can currently connect your Revolut account to show balances in Money Dashboard, but we are seeing some issues with delayed transactions. We are working hard to get this resolved.
We are aware of some intermittent timeout issues with Tesco, investigation is ongoing to try and get this resolved.
